Terms and Conditions
Draft wording for review. These starter terms are a general outline for an Australian service business and should be reviewed and approved by the business owner, and where appropriate a legal adviser, before launch.
About these terms
These terms apply to engraving work carried out by Forever Milestones, located at 24 Ikin Street, Jamisontown NSW 2750, Australia.
Quotes
Quotes are prepared for the specific item, material, design and finish discussed. If the item, artwork or scope changes, the quote may need to be revised before work continues.
Components and Customer-Supplied Items
Forever Milestones does not manufacture genuine Harley-Davidson components. Where agreed in the quote, Forever Milestones may source and supply a new, genuine component as part of an engraving project. Customers may also provide their own suitable items or components. Car and other automotive components are generally supplied by the customer, unless another arrangement has been agreed with Phil.
Items supplied by the customer remain the property of the customer at all times. Suitability for engraving is assessed on the actual item. Some materials, coatings, finishes or repaired components may not be suitable, and Phil will discuss this with you before work is confirmed.
Designs and artwork
By supplying artwork, logos, photographs or wording, you confirm that you have the right to use them and to have them engraved. Please check spelling, dates and layout carefully before work begins, as engraving cannot be undone.
Delivery and collection
Items may be dropped off and collected at Jamisontown by arrangement, or sent to and returned from the workshop by a delivery method agreed in advance. Packing and delivery arrangements should be confirmed with Phil before an item is posted.
Payment
Payment for the agreed item or project is required before artwork, setup and design work begins. Phil supplies a design proof before engraving. Requested alterations are assessed individually.
Payment terms are agreed with you as part of the quote for your project. No payment is collected through this website.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
