Every glass project is quoted individually once Phil has seen the item and the wording, because the piece and the engraving area decide what is realistic.

Shape, curvature, condition and the usable engraving area are all considered for the actual item rather than assumed from a category.

Text size, line breaks and placement are set so the engraving reads clearly on a curved, transparent surface.

You confirm the final wording
Check spelling, names and dates carefully. Engraved glass cannot be undone once the work is done.

Phil carries out the engraving himself at the Jamisontown workshop and inspects the finished piece before it goes anywhere.
