Phil works the design out with you remotely, then carries out the automotive engraving personally at the Forever Milestones workshop in Jamisontown, New South Wales.
There is no Perth or Western Australian workshop, branch or representative. Nothing should be posted until Phil has confirmed the component and the design.
For Harley-Davidson projects, Phil can generally supply a new, genuine component as part of the agreed project. Customers may also send their own suitable part. Car and other automotive components are generally customer supplied. Every project should be discussed with Phil before a component is purchased, delivered or posted.

Planning a long-distance project before the part ships
The value of the conversation goes up with the distance. Every question about material, layout and lettering is easier to answer while the component is still on your bench in Western Australia.

Material, finish, thickness and the usable engraving area decide what is possible. Phil gives you a straight answer on your component rather than a general answer about that type of part.

Agree shipping arrangements, then send
Shipping method, cost and timing are agreed directly with Phil rather than promised in advance here. Once that is settled and suitability is confirmed, pack the component protectively and send it to Jamisontown.

Phil completes the engraving personally, inspects the finished component and repacks it for the return leg.
