Automotive Engraving in New South Wales
Phil engraves motorcycle and automotive components at his workshop in Jamisontown, Penrith. New South Wales customers have two straightforward options: arrange a drop-off at the workshop, or send an eligible component in from anywhere else in the state once the project has been discussed.
Jamisontown is the only Forever Milestones workshop. Phil does not travel to carry out engraving, and suitability is confirmed with him before any component is sent.

How New South Wales customers work with Phil
The steps are the same whether you are ten minutes down the road in Penrith or several hours away in regional New South Wales. Only the way the component reaches the bench changes.

Talk the component and the design through first
Tell Phil what the component is, the vehicle or motorcycle it came off and what you want engraved on it. Names, dates, call signs, club emblems, unit insignia or your own artwork are all normal starting points.

Supply photographs, artwork or design ideas
Clear photographs of the engraving face, plus any artwork files, wording or a rough sketch, give Phil enough to work from. You need permission to use any logo or protected design.

Confirm suitability before drop-off or postage
Material, finish, thickness and usable engraving area decide what is possible. Phil assesses the component and confirms the work before you make the trip or pack anything.

Drop off at Jamisontown, or send the component in
If you are close enough to Penrith, drop the part off at the workshop by arrangement. If you are elsewhere in New South Wales, pack it protectively and send it using the method agreed with Phil.

Phil engraves, finishes and quality-checks the work
The same person who discussed the project with you does the engraving and inspects the finished component before it is handed back or repacked.

Collection or return delivery is arranged
Collect the finished component from Jamisontown by arrangement, or have return delivery organised with you before the part leaves the workshop.

Every engraving is carried out here. Visits, drop-offs and collections are by arrangement rather than walk-in, so the bench is clear and Phil can talk the project through with you properly when you arrive.
Jamisontown sits just off the M4 at Penrith, which makes it a practical stop for riders and owners across Western Sydney and the lower Blue Mountains. Everyone else in New South Wales is welcome to send an eligible component in instead.

- Yes. Customers anywhere in New South Wales can work with Phil. All engraving is carried out at the Jamisontown workshop, so you either drop the component off by arrangement or send it in once suitability has been discussed.

- Customers can contact Phil about derby covers, timing covers, reflector inserts and other components. Other motorcycle and automotive components are assessed individually, and suitability depends on the material, finish and usable engraving area of the specific part.
- Is Forever Milestones a parts manufacturer?
- No. Forever Milestones is an engraving business and does not manufacture motorcycle or automotive parts. Where agreed as part of a project, Phil can generally source a new, genuine Harley-Davidson component. Car and other automotive components are generally supplied by the customer.
- Should I send my component before speaking with Phil?
- No. Contact Phil first so the component, the design and the arrangements can be confirmed. Nothing should be posted or dropped off until Phil has confirmed the project is suitable.
