Owner and founder
By a Rider, For Riders: Meet Phil Taylor
Forever Milestones is family-owned and owner-operated. Phil Taylor founded the workshop in Jamisontown in September 2022, and he is the person who quotes, engraves, finishes and checks every piece.

Background
32 years of military service, then a workshop of his own
Phil spent 32 years in military service, including work as a military helicopter mechanic. That is where the habits came from: measure carefully, work to tolerance, check the result, and treat someone else's property as if it were your own.
Outside the services he has spent years building, fabricating and designing cars and Harley-Davidson motorcycles. He rides, and he owns a Harley himself, so when an automotive component lands on the bench he already understands what it does, how it was made and what it is worth to the person who sent it.
Forever Milestones opened in Jamisontown in September 2022 as a family-owned, owner-operated engraving workshop. It is fully insured, and Phil is directly involved in every project from the first conversation through to the finished piece.
He does not run a product catalogue. Every job is set up for the item in front of him, whether that is a memorial plaque that has to read exactly right or a derby cover that has to look correct on a bike its owner has spent years building.
Philosophy
What "By a Rider, For Riders" actually means
It means the person engraving your part rides one too. Depth, placement, heat and finish are decided with the component in hand, by someone who has built and fabricated vehicles and knows how the piece will look once it is back on the machine.
The same care carries across to memorial and milestone work. A plaque for someone's family and a cover for someone's bike are both irreplaceable to the person who owns them, and both are handled that way.
