Terms of Service

Last updated: 27/05/2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Forever Milestones website (forevermilestones.com.au) and to any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. About us

Forever Milestones is operated by Phil Taylor as a sole trader.

ABN: 96 532 171 228
Address: 24 Ikin Street, Jamisontown NSW 2750, Australia

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Forever Milestones. "You" and "your" mean the customer.

3. What we do

We provide custom laser engraving services on a range of products including glassware, drinkware, gifts, awards, signage and motorcycle parts. Most of our work is made to order based on a design supplied or agreed with the customer.

4. Ordering and quotes

Orders may be placed through our website, by email, by phone, or in person. For custom work, we will usually provide a written quote before any work begins. A quote is valid for 30 days unless we tell you otherwise.

By accepting a quote or placing an order, you confirm that the information you have given us (including names, dates, spellings, dimensions, and supplied artwork) is correct.

5. Proofs and approval for custom work

For custom engraving, we will normally send you a digital proof showing how your design will appear before we engrave anything. You must check the proof carefully — including spelling, dates, names, placement, and any image detail — and either approve it or request changes.

Once you approve a proof, you are responsible for its contents. We cannot replace or refund a finished engraving because of an error that was visible in the approved proof.

If we do not hear from you within 14 days of sending a proof, we may pause your order until you respond. We will let you know if this happens.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices on the website are in Australian dollars. We may update prices from time to time; the price that applies to your order is the price we quoted or the price displayed when you placed the order.

For custom work, we usually require a deposit (typically 50%) before we begin design or production. The balance is payable before we ship the finished piece, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7. Production and lead times

Most custom engraved items take approximately 10 business days to make after design approval and payment of any deposit. Larger or more complex pieces may take longer; we will give you an estimate when you order.

Lead times exclude shipping time and assume materials are in stock. If a delay is expected, we will contact you as soon as we can.

8. Shipping

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Returns, refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Returns and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. For major failures with a service, you are entitled to cancel the service contract and to a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

10. Intellectual property — your designs

By supplying us with artwork, photographs, logos, names, or any other material to be used in a custom engraving, you warrant that you own that material or have permission to use it. You agree that we may rely on your warranty and that you will be responsible for any third-party claim arising from material you supplied.

We may decline an order if we believe the material supplied infringes someone else's rights.

11. Intellectual property — our work

We retain ownership of any original artwork, design, or layout that we create. You receive the right to use the finished piece for personal or business display, as appropriate to what you have purchased.

We may photograph finished pieces and use those photographs for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless you ask us in writing not to.

12. Third-party trademarks

We sometimes engrave on genuine third-party components (for example, genuine Harley-Davidson motorcycle parts). Where we do this, we use authentic components purchased through legitimate channels and engrave them with designs supplied or approved by you.

Forever Milestones is independent. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Harley-Davidson Motor Company or any other brand whose components we may engrave. All third-party brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we both submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
